Sow seeds individually, approx 2 per cell or small pot
Cover seeds with a thin layer of compost and water
Seeds may take approx. 2 weeks before germination
Plant Care
Once seedlings are a few inches tall, they may be transplanted to larger pots
Chilli plants need the long warm days of the summer in order to fruit
Plants may be brought outside once warmer weather arrives, or kept in a greenhouse / cold frame

For best results, sow chilli seeds indoors from late Winter onwards, so the plants have a long summer of growth
Chilly plants are actually perennial! So if you keep them in pots, they can be brought indoors during the colder months so you don't need to sow a new crop in the next season
