How to Sow

  • Fill pots or containers with compost and water well in preparation for the seeds
  • Coriander seeds like to be wet, so can be soaked in water before hand if desired
  • Sprinkle seeds generously in desired area
  • Coriander seeds do not need to be sown in rows or cells
  • Sprinkle a thin layer of compost over the top of the seeds so they are covered, and pat down

Plant Care

  • If using a lot of coriander in cooking, sow sequential batches every month for a continuous harvest

AllotMe’s Tips

  • Coriander can be grown indoors or in a greenhouse all year round, with a continuous harvest
  • Regular picking of the leaves encourages more to sprout!
