How to Sow
- Fill pots or cell trays with compost and press down to firm the soil
- Make a small well in the soil with your finger approx 1cm deep, and place 1 seed per cell or small pot
- Cover with compost, lightly pat down and water
- Seeds can take 7
- 14 days to germinate
Plant Care
- Once the plants are approx 6 inches tall, they can be planted out to a bed of soil, or larger container (plant out approx 18 inches apart)
- Water the plants well the night before you plant them out, and 'puddle in' when transplanting, with the lowest leaves at ground level
- Where possible, plant out under netting, or inside a brassica cage/frame

- If possible, rake potassium-rich general fertiliser into the soil bed, as Cauliflowers loves fertile soil
- Once the plants are starting to get bigl, water in a nitrogen-rich fertiliser to ensure for well formed cauliflower heads!
